How these tools work

Answer three or four questions. Start with crew size, average wage, and take-home goal to get the rate your crew needs to charge. Then enter lawn size and frequency to price recurring mowing from that rate.

Add your own numbers if you want it sharper. Open “Use my real numbers” for your hourly rate or “Adjust for this property” for mowing. Every suggested figure is editable, and the result tells you which ones you haven't changed yet.
